Globe 360 DMC holds the right to change the hotels and travel dates at any point of time before departure Globe 360 DMC holds the right to amend the routing due to operational reasons

Tour components of above itinerary are subject to change at last minute due to factors beyond control of Globe 360 DMC Cost may change incase of significant change in the price of transportation cost (due to fuel, taxes, tolls etc.), various taxes and fees or increase in the cost of components such as hotels, attractions, food etc.

Room type is subject to availability and at sole discretion of Hotel. Breakfast menu as provided by Hotel Minimum 25 pax will be required to operate the group. Incase of low strength, we might postpone the departure

Payment Policy:

50% of the tour cost required 30 days prior to the departure date
50% of the tour cost required 15 days prior to the departure date
(*Booking will be auto released without any prior notice if the payments are not made in accordance with above schedule)

Cancellation Policy:

31 days or more before departure: blocking amount
30 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the tour cost
(*All cancellation requests should be made in writing)
(*No refunds can be processed for partially utilized services and no shows)

Water bottles may not be provided in rooms in certain hotels as tap water is drinkable in most of the hotels and restaurant across Europe
